Peek At My Week: Sept 8th

It's Sunday, and I'm linking up with Deedee to share a little Peek at My Week!  We are doing Subtraction Strategies, short e, and Horrible Harry!  Click on the pictures below or HERE to get my clickable plans!  The pictures in the plans will lead you to where I got my activities from :)

Also, this tired teacher completely forgot to plan grammar for the week... so we will be squeezing in types of sentences wherever we can!  I'll have to play catch-up next week for sure.  Thankfully, we write all the time, so it's easy to squeeze grammar skills into every subject!

If you missed my Year-at-a-Glance you can click below to grab those:

You'll notice that I've already switched things up a bit, but they are just a *plan* and always subject to change based on the needs of my kiddos :)  I can't promise to share my plans every week, but if I get the chance I will post as often as possible!  After-all, this layout is so much more user-friendly than the ones I have to submit to my admin each week!  Here's to a great week... wish you all the best :))))

Are these the lesson plans you submit to your administration?

No, we use an online system to post our lesson plans

Just a question- so you do 2 separate lesson plans every week? How in the world do you have time? How long does this take to do? It took me a good 4 hours yesterday to do mine. They changed our format and it is ridiculously long. 8 pages and I was really trying to make it short. How long are the plans you have to turn in? Do you have science and social studies plans like the ones above? The teachers in my system are about to go crazy with these plans they're making us do. I'm just curious what other schools require. As it is, I leave about 5:30-6:00 and spend most of Saturday working on school stuff and I'm still behind. I have a blog too but I haven't touched it in months. How do you have time to do all of this? My house is a mess, I haven't cooked dinner in over a month, and my 2 year old is probably wondering who that lady is that's always falling asleep on the couch.

Thank you for posting this! It is very helpful. I purchased these items from your store before school began hoping to supplement our EnVision program(It's a good program, but it doesn't provide enough practice for the students to master the concepts!) Do you give homework? I'm not liking what I'm supposed to give, and I would like something better.

I'm honored to see that you are using my Horrible Harry pack this week. I hope your students love Harry as much as mine always do!!

I love your plan structure, I think I will try that too!
